RP Field Systems started after we watched an Orlando plumbing contractor send two crews to the same address because the dispatch board was a whiteboard someone forgot to erase. Nobody was at fault — the system just couldn't keep up with a growing crew. That's exactly the kind of gap we now build software to close.
